Congratulations on your custom bot subscription purchase! This document is designed to help you quickly set up and enjoy your new benefits.

### Step 1: Link Your Accounts

Begin by integrating your Discord account with your Patreon account. This can be done by visiting the following link:

### Step 2: Create An Application

Once you’ve linked your Patreon account to your Discord account, go to the [Discord Developer Portal (click here)](https://discord.com/developers/applications "Open Discord Developer Portal") and create a new application

After that click on "Bot" and "Reset Token", *please take care of this token  key and do not share it with anyone!!!*

### Step 3: Configure The Bot

Once we have done this, we can now configure our bot! First go to the [Custom Bot Dashboard.](https://customs.green-bot.app/ "Open Dashboard.") and login with your discord account. Then paste the token that we have just copied from the Developer Portal and click on "Process to next step!"

Now you can customize your bot as you want! Change the username, Avatara or etc....
After you have done this, you need to start the bot once, invite him to your server and give him the necessary permissions.

# Setting Up DJ Role via Commands:

**Command:** `/setdj @role`
   
Use `/setdj @role` to establish a designated DJ role within your server.
Replace `@role` with the desired role you wish to assign as the DJ role.

### Customizing DJ Commands:

**Command:** `/djcommands`
   
Customize commands available to DJs by utilizing the `/djcommands` command.
Specify which commands DJs are permitted to use.

### Transferring DJ Role:

**Command:** `/givedj @user`
   
 Transfer the DJ role of a queue by executing `/givedj @user`.
   - Mention `@user` to whom you want to transfer the DJ role.

### Enabling/Disabling DJ Mode:

**Command:** `/djmode`
   
Activate or deactivate DJ Mode using `/djmode` command.
This mode controls all DJ-related functions, enabling or disabling them as per your preference.

DJ Commands

We've aimed to simplify the music-playing process while still giving you full control over your voice channels. To get started with playing music, follow these steps:

### Joining a Voice Channel:
Before you can start playing music, make sure to join the voice channel of your choice. This allows you to share and enjoy music with others.

### Using the `/play` Command:
The `/play` command is your gateway to music in Green-Bot. Simply type `/play` followed by the name of the song you want to play. If you don't specify a song after the `/play` command, Green-Bot will choose the first result from its search.

### Searching for Songs:
If you're looking for a specific song, you can use the `/search` command. This allows you to find and select the exact song you want to play. Green-Bot will search for your requested song and add it to the queue once it's found.

### Refining Your Search:
In case Green-Bot's search doesn't provide the desired results, try using a more specific search term or provide the direct link to the song instead. Please note that Green-Bot's search functionality is optimized for songs. For videos or other content, you'll need to provide the direct link.

# Getting started

Welcome to the world of Discord radio! This guide provides detailed instructions on how to turn your Green-Bot into a radio, allowing you to play your favorite radio streams directly on your Discord server.

### Step 1: Invite one of the Green-Bot's

The first step is to invite another Green Bot (2-3 or with premium 4-6) to your server so that you have a Green Bot Radio and a Music Bot. Unless you only want Green Bot as a 24/7 radio and no more.

### Step 2: Play your favorite radio

Now we have to start the radio and the first thing we do is get the required link from the radio. 

To do this, search for your chosen radio station and the word "Stream". Sometimes you can also find this on the main page of the radio station at the bottom of the footer. Copy this link and now use the command `/play <link>` to let the bot play the live stream from the radio station.

The whole stream will now be seen as a never ending song and will be played 24/7.

**Please Note:**

If they have 1 small network issue and the mp3 stream stops, GreenBot notice it as track end and the music will stop. 
To prevent this from happening, you can use the `/loop Song` command, but this is only available for Premium users.
